This weekend we had a little house guest. Josie is the newest addition to the Fisher Family. She is my Dad's youngest, a 3-month old Queensland Heeler mix. He rescued her via Pet Finders and is just smitten with her. She's very smart, sweet and well behaved. Ty, who you met in early July was very jealous to have a puppy around and cried, pushed her away with his nose and sat on me when I gave her attention. But about 12 hours into her visit, he realized puppies can be very fun playmates and they were the best of buddies.
Here are a few shots of their dog day afternoon. First they tore up an old t-shirt.
It looks like he's being rough but he is just nibbling her. She loved it!
At first she was a little scared of Ty but by Sunday afternoon, she was brave enough to snatch his favorite toy....Cuz.
Everyone was exhausted when the day was done. I always say, "A tired dog is a good dog!"
