I love it when the timing is just so right that we can capture images such as this one where the front of Melissa's dress is in the mirror.
I have to say that several of these next images are Cory's fine work. He somehow manages to capture these great angles.

And the moment we were all waiting for...the first kiss.
Every one cheered as they were pronounced husband and wife and were introduced to their family and friends.
Every little detail was well thought out. Including the nice touch of bringing out Arnold Palmers to the bridal party as we were finishing up some group photos. The stir sticks had the date and their initials. Catriona of Arcularius Events did such a great job on all the coordination and planning of their wedding.
The biggest reason I love Melissa and Michael is their ability to laugh. I just love this image of the two of them trying to be serious as we are spending some time with just them alone after the ceremony.
Their first dance was so beautiful. The lighting couldn't have been any better.
I love that you can see all their guests behind them as they finished up watching their Love Story slideshow that Mike of Jensen Wedding Films created.
The best is still yet to come...the bride and groom had many surprises in store for their guests. There was an outdoor lounge area that contained a huge candy bar. And hot Dogs from a ballpark style cart were served late into the night as a snack before guests departed. Hand rolled cigars were being made for guests in the lounge too. Our last image of this sneak peak is of Melissa giving a cigar a whirl...but she didn't like it!

Here are a few more vendors that participated in this wonderful wedding:Sara of Bella Vita Invitations
Susie of Classy Caligraphy
The Camelia String Quartet (music during the ceremony)
Sound Trax (DJ)
Village Cake bakery
Celebrations Party Rentals
STL (lighting and decor)
And Kevin Brown was the officiant
Melissa and Michael - Thank you for letting us share in your wedding day. I'm honored that you trusted us to document one of the biggest days of your lives. And both your personalities came through so beautifully in each image. We hope you're enjoying the sun! Check back in a few weeks for your larger sneak peak slideshow. Aloha!
