For Better and Worse

Tina, Teresa, and Cory more often than naught (not), only hear when I have constructive criticism verses hearing accolades of "well done!". I want everyone to know that I couldn't do this without my team - they ROCK! And Nicole would be included in this email too - but she's out of commission these days - with Jack due any day now.
