Of course NJ and John chose Carissa from Sugar and Spice and... to create their delicious dessert station for their wedding. She's also creating a small cake for them to cut as well as a surprise for their guests. NJ invited her best friend and MOH (Made of Honor), Lisa to attend the tasting with her (You might remember Lisa from her 2006 wedding - Lisa & NJ have been BFFs for 14 years!). NJ knew John would love whatever desserts they chose and Lisa is taking baking classes so these two were anxious for the tasting! They both loved it and we're loving the pics!
Carissa really outdid herself, although we knew this is how she hosts all her tastings. They chose 8 fabulous petite desserts and a 1-tier cake for cutting. Here's a couple pics of what we they tried at the tasting!
Here's a precious care package that Carissa made up for John, so he wouldn't miss out! Although...shh...NJ dropped a few by my house on the way home. :)

Good Lord... someone is going to have trouble fitting into her dress if she keeps hanging around me! Great pictures and, as always, I'm always greatful for more pics! I just love those pictures that are so up-close that you can see the air in the whipped cream. (some of us in the business call if food porn, but hey, whatever does it for ya! huh?!)
