Mark and Amy's Wedding Day

It all started on a beautiful Friday afternoon in Downtown Sacramento two weeks ago. Teresa and Kelly met up with Amy as she was getting ready for her 7:00 ceremony. She was absolutely stunning (and completely calm) as she put on her elegant wedding gown.

Amy and Mark had their first sighting outside of the hotel, away from family and friends so they could enjoy seeing each other for the first time, and enjoy some solitude before the festivities began. Amy couldn’t contain her excitement as she awaited Mark’s touch!

Kelly decided to take the bride, groom and the bridal party on a walk around downtown. They were such a fun group, they made these pictures come alive with emotion. Everything was green and black, all the way down to guys’ socks. What a fun accent!

The ceremony began just as the sun was setting. Everyone looked on as Amy and Mark exchanged vows… and rings.

The fun nighttime festivities kept everyone warm. The night wouldn’t be complete without a “talent show” put on by members of Amy’s extended family… and what a song it was! Even the groomsmen were inspired to sing, and they sang a rousing rendition of “You’ve Lost That Loving Feeling.” It was a scene straight out of Top Gun. Mark, Amy and their guests danced until midnight in the courtyard of the Firehouse Restaurant, under the giant oak tree.
